One of the benefits of 3D Animation is that using your design or concept can create the computer-generated model. This model is then animated to allow you to fly around or walk through your model. The testing of the model early in the design and concept process, allows accurate studies of the proposed building, its volumes, proportions etc.

This will show the customer what the building will actually look like before builders build it.  Computer 3D animation can also be helpful to architects, engineers, designers, so that they can see any flaws in their design. This method produces perfect and three-dimensional looking animations. This has proved to be very cost and time saving.
